What a week (or two). Sydney put on a show with "Vivd". Some paintings were delivered to Late September in Glenbrook. A new amazing, awesome and exciting shop is opening in Springwood called Bella Boheme ,they are live on line to shop (gosh I know some clever people in the Blue Mountains). Sydney turned it on for our long weekend, look at the colour of that water! One of my art works on a scarf SHOP and last but not least, my boy is in Jerusalem, jealous? You bet I am!

I have been away having a break and collecting "Moments". Fishing, walking, swimming, exploring and celebrating my birthday, now it is back to more fun times, of creating and painting, Christmas bauble workshops and preparing for Christmas. More Christmas shopping inspiration coming soon! Redbubble SHOP I have loved making my "Aloha" series on wood panels. I created them last year using original, vintage Hawaiian music sheets and images. Each one was hand made with love, water colour, sealed and then polished with bees wax varnish. It was wonderful to see how many people loved them and I am so grateful that there is a little bit of "Aloha" out there in peoples homes. I won't be making these anymore and this is the last one. ......an intense and irresistible desire for freedom. My family and I recently travelled to Vietnam and I discovered that travelling, for me comes with an incredible sense of freedom. To experience a different way of life, to drop yourself into a contrasting culture expands the mind in so many ways, particularly creatively. I found the time to notice the "everyday" life of colours, language and smells that can completely turn you on your head........ this is stunning Hanoi. |
